Terms of Service

1. License Grant

LAMA 3D Vault and LAMA 3D Viewer ("Software") are provided free of charge. LAMA Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.

Note: The Software is proprietary and not open source. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the Software for viewing, organizing, and inspecting 3D models
• Import, export, and process your own model files
• Create and manage your 3D model vault
• Install the Software on your personal or work computers

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the Software without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or license notices
• Use the Software for illegal activities or to violate laws
• Sell, rent, lease, or lend the Software
• Circumvent security measures or access controls

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, and features, is the exclusive property of LAMA Solutions. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

You retain full ownership of any 3D models, designs, or files you create or import into the Software.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. LAMA Solutions disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LAMA Solutions be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive) arising from use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Data Safety

While the Software processes files locally and does not transmit your data, LAMA Solutions is not responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, accidental deletion, or other circumstances beyond the Software's control.

We recommend maintaining regular backups of your important files.

8. Updates and Changes

LAMA Solutions may update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the Software. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new version.

9. Third-Party Content

The Software may include third-party libraries and components. These are governed by their respective licenses. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party license terms.

10. Termination

Your license to use the Software is terminated immediately if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software in your possession.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and LAMA Solutions regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

13. Changes to Terms

LAMA Solutions may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
